Booking
Book one of the houses in Los Llanos de la Huerta, Mandarina, Clementina and/or Navelina through our website www.losllanosdelahuerta.com.
- The minimum stay is 2 nights.
- The maximum number of persons in the rural complex is 12, 4 persons per house.
After following the necessary procedure to complete your booking you will be sent a booking confirmation.
Arrival
- Check-in from 14:00 hours. At the time of booking, the customer must indicate their approximate time of arrival.
- Departure before 12:00h.
Any change in arrival and departure must be previously consulted and, if feasible, confirmed by the contact person at Los Llanos de la Huerta on 679 910 931.
Accommodation
In case of any incident or if you need help during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us via WhastApp or by calling 679 910 931.
In each house you will find telephones that may be useful during your stay.
Payments
The total price is per house, regardless of the number of people occupying the house. Maximum 4 persons per house.

- Realizar el pago del 100%, mediante su tarjeta bancaria. Automáticamente, se cargará el importe total de su alquiler.

- Realizar un pago de 20% en concepto de reserva mediante su tarjeta bancaria. El resto del importe será abonado a la llegada con la entrega de llaves. El usuario deberá introducir el código RESERVA20 para aplicar esta modalidad de pago y poder realizar la reserva únicamente del 20% del total.

Lo restante, se abona en las instalaciones.
Cancellation policy
Hasta 30 días de la llegada, devolución del 20% del pago anticipado de la reserva.
In the case of full online payment of the house, 100% refund minus 20% of the pre-payment up to 30 days before arrival.

Importe a ingresar: 1.000
Out of the 1000€, 200€ (20%) is considered as a reservation deposit.
In case of cancellation within the established time, it would be 20% of 200 € (which is the reservation deposit) = 40 €.
Se le ingresaría en cuenta: 1.200 – 40 = 1.160€
In both cases, if the cancellation occurs close to the date of the reservation and is therefore less than 30 days before the reservation is made, no refund of 100% of the reservation will be made.
Such notification must be made via our e-mail address.
Keys
On arrival, you will receive 1 copy of the keys to the houses to be occupied and a remote control for opening the access gate to the site.
The loss of any of them will entail a payment of €150 for the replacement of all the keys to the site, for security reasons.
Cleaning and services
Bed linen and towels will be provided in all the houses. For stays longer than a week, bed linen and towels will be provided as requested by the client.
Cleaning will be carried out before and after the arrival and departure of the guests. Daily maintenance of the communal swimming pool, communal outdoor jacuzzi and waste removal will be carried out.
The houses are handed over clean and tidy and after the departure of the guest(s) they must be in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and order. In case of damage, Los Llanos de la Huerta reserves the right to keep the deposit.
Responsibilities and obligations
Only the number of people who have booked the house have the right to stay in it. If other people stay in Los Llanos de la Huerta, it will be a breach of the rules of the complex.
It is forbidden to sublet the flat or to lend it to third parties.
El inquilino será responsable de la casa durante el periodo reservado. Así mismo, siempre debe haber un adulto, +18 años.
Absténgase de hacer ruido durante la noche o temprano en la mañana. Cualquier tipo de fiestas, música fuerte o ruido que pueda molestar a los demás residentes y vecinos están ESTRICTAMENTE PROHIBIDOS. No está permitido la realización de eventos ni encuentros multitudinarios sin previa autorización de Los Llanos de La Huerta.
El inquilino que realiza la reserva a través de nuestra web, es el responsable de asegurar que el resto de personas mantengan un buen comportamiento. Si esa persona o sus invitados no tuviesen un comportamiento adecuado, Los Llanos de la Huerta se reserva el derecho a pedir al inquilino y sus invitados que abandonen de inmediato el alojamiento, perdiendo el derecho a cualquier indemnización o reclamación.
Los Llanos de la Huerta no pueden ser responsables por daños directos o indirectos que surjan durante el período de la reserva del alojamiento, incluyendo lesiones personales o daños por incendio, robo o
comportamiento criminal.
Los Llanos de la Huerta cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising during the stay (injuries, theft, behaviour...).
Los Llanos de la Huerta cannot be held responsible for any problems with the electricity, water or gas supply but please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the problem.
If any of these points are not fulfilled, Los Llanos de la Huerta reserves the right to ask the occupants to leave the premises immediately, not being able to enjoy the remaining days of stay (the amount of the rent not enjoyed would not be refunded either), losing the right to any compensation or claim.
If you decide to leave once you have been accommodated, you will lose any right to a refund of the rental amount not used.
The reservation at Los Llanos de la Huerta implies that the client has read and accepts the present text of Terms and Conditions Los Llanos de la Huerta.
