For stays longer than a week, bed linen and towels will be provided as requested by the client.<\/p>\n<p>Cleaning will be carried out before and after the arrival and departure of the guests. Daily maintenance of the communal swimming pool, communal outdoor jacuzzi and waste removal will be carried out.<\/p>\n<p>The houses are handed over clean and tidy and after the departure of the guest(s) they must be in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and order. In case of damage, Los Llanos de la Huerta reserves the right to keep the deposit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and obligations<\/h2>\n<p>Only the number of people who have booked the house have the right to stay in it. If other people stay in Los Llanos de la Huerta, it will be a breach of the rules of the complex.<\/p>\n<p>It is forbidden to sublet the flat or to lend it to third parties.<\/p>\n<p>El inquilino ser\u00e1 responsable de la casa durante el periodo reservado. As\u00ed mismo, siempre debe haber un adulto, +18 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Abst\u00e9ngase de hacer ruido durante la noche o temprano en la ma\u00f1ana. Cualquier tipo de fiestas, m\u00fasica fuerte o ruido que pueda molestar a los dem\u00e1s residentes y vecinos est\u00e1n ESTRICTAMENTE PROHIBIDOS. No est\u00e1 permitido la realizaci\u00f3n de eventos ni encuentros multitudinarios sin previa autorizaci\u00f3n de Los Llanos de La Huerta.<\/p>\n<p>El inquilino que realiza la reserva a trav\u00e9s de nuestra web, es el responsable de asegurar que el resto de personas mantengan un buen comportamiento. Si esa persona o sus invitados no tuviesen un comportamiento adecuado, Los Llanos de la Huerta se reserva el derecho a pedir al inquilino y sus invitados que abandonen de inmediato el alojamiento, perdiendo el derecho a cualquier indemnizaci\u00f3n o reclamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los Llanos de la Huerta no pueden ser responsables por da\u00f1os directos o indirectos que surjan durante el per\u00edodo de la reserva del alojamiento, incluyendo lesiones personales o da\u00f1os por incendio, robo o<br \/>\ncomportamiento criminal.<\/p>\n<p>Los Llanos de la Huerta cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising during the stay (injuries, theft, behaviour...).<\/p>\n<p>Los Llanos de la Huerta cannot be held responsible for any problems with the electricity, water or gas supply but please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the problem.<\/p>\n<p>If any of these points are not fulfilled, Los Llanos de la Huerta reserves the right to ask the occupants to leave the premises immediately, not being able to enjoy the remaining days of stay (the amount of the rent not enjoyed would not be refunded either), losing the right to any compensation or claim.<\/p>\n<p>If you decide to leave once you have been accommodated, you will lose any right to a refund of the rental amount not used.<\/p>\n<p>The reservation at Los Llanos de la Huerta implies that the client has read and accepts the present text of Terms and Conditions Los Llanos de la Huerta.<\/p>\n<p>Please, understand that it is necessary to establish a series of rules and conditions for the enjoyment of your stay without causing damage during your stay.
